Dear Michael B, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I am truly sorry for the misunderstanding regarding our reservation policy and for the inconvenience caused during your visit. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. Unfortunately, our bar has very limited seating, especially during high season, it often gets fully booked as we prioritize accommodating our in-house guests. This sometimes makes it challenging to meet the high demand from external visitors, and I sincerely apologize for any disappointment this may have caused.
