Best cocktails in Split, hands down. It’s always a treat to find a bar in Europe that has more than just the same classic cocktails almost every bar/cafe offers. Bar Sistema offers a “50 Best Bars” level of craftsmanship for their cocktail program. My partner and I tried 6 of the 10 cocktails on their current menu and were blown away with each one. You can tell each one was meticulously developed to offer you something new, exciting, perfectly balanced, and absolutely delicious. Bar Sistema will forever be on my list of must visit when in the area. Price per person: €10–15 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Hidden cocktail haven just north of the city walls. The first thing you see is the HUGE wall of bottles accessed by sliding ladder. The second thing is the queue the mixologist is working through... This is serious stuff. The staff will take time to explain the cocktails and the levels of flavour.... Something I thought was bunkum until trying the Linen (oh yeah) and something with home brew Siberian blueberries. Quite an experience you need to do while in Split. Only downside is queue times but the staff are engaged and attentive, so just factor that in to your evening. Pricing is competitive vs inside the city walls too. Easy 5 star. Price per person: €30–35 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
