The reservation was for a table at 8 pm. You showed up at 7:30 pm when the restaurant is still closed and our staff was still preparing the tables (that's why your table wasn't ready yet and not because your reservation was missing). To be kind, we didn't make you wait outside the restaurant and as a thank you, your legs kept getting in the way of the staff who, in order not to hurt you by passing by with the tables, warned you to be careful when they passed by. 3. You ordered maltagliati with shrimp as a first course. I deduce that as a foreigner, the word pasta means only one thing and that you don't know the infinite types of pasta that exist in Italy and that not all are made with dry pasta, but many are made with fresh pasta like maltagliati and that with this type of pasta the consistency is soft by nature and has nothing to do with overcooked dry pasta. 4.
