BAR è vicinissimo al Bastioni Medicei. L'unica cosa che potrà deluderti quando vai in questo pub & bar è il disorganizzato personale. Dal punto di vista dei visitatori, il carente servizio è al di sotto delle aspettative degli ospiti. Questo locale ha avuto commenti negativi a causa dell' atmosfera pessima. Gli utenti di Google non hanno assegnato un punteggio alto al pub & bar BAR.

Ragazze splendide, servizio impeccabile, servizio al top , rapide e simpatiche . Consigliate le insalate fresche fatte sul.momento, vicinissimo al porto. Un abbraccio dalle bimbe Francesca e Serena Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I understand the very bad reviews, If you want to have a bad experience and bad food this is the place to go. This bar is run by people who have no idea what good food is, what customer service is and what communication means. We arrived at 19:05, we asked the girl if it’s possible to have a pasta that was ready fast because we need to take the boat to Piombino at 19:55, she told us some plates took 25 min but others took less time, so we chose the plate that was fast. The food for the kids arrived fast, after 10 minutes, a boy threw it on the table, in front of our kids faces, without looking at us, without saying buon appetito, very rude. They ordered fries and a burger and kebab, also nuggets but they never arrive. 15 min later, at 19:40, while the kids were done eating, our pasta has not arrived. We asked and she said that the cook was blocked at the kitchen. When I said: “well you could have at least let us know, it’s already strange you bring out the food at different times, and we have to leave in 5 minutes, we told you specifically we don’t have much time.” Instead of apologising and being professional, she raised her voice and yelled at me “I didn’t know!” “What do you want me to do?!” She behaved like a 12 year old child that was yelling at her mom, I pointed out I was not her parent or her sister and I don’t like her talking to me like that. No apology, no she became more rude.” I asked for the manager and her name, she told me that she is the manager, but nobody would hire a person as a manager that has zero communication skills and that unprofessional.” So I didn’t believe her. At the end she gave me the middle finger. It’s a pity that such a beautiful location, a place where you can grab a fast bite before you leave has such bad staff and bad food. A bad experience for a nice place like Elba island Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
