Yesterday “Wednesday” I had dinner with my family at the garden restaurant. The view of the water was beautiful, but unfortunately that was the only positive. Unfortunately, we weren't greeted lovingly and both the service and the food left a lot to be desired - even worse than in a chip shop. However, the prices were very high, which suggests that the company is obviously saving on staff, which has a negative impact. We were served by students who barely knew how to navigate the service area. Every plate was initially delivered to the wrong table and we as customers had to take over the coordination. When customers complained, an employee who only spoke standard German tried to clarify the situation. The quality of the preparation of the food did not correspond at all to the price that was charged for it. If it weren't for the beautiful water views, visiting a chip shop in a remote village probably would have been a better choice. Parking: There are many parking spaces available which are usually overcrowded. You can often find a parking space on the lawn. Depending on how nice or bad the parking is on the lawn, there are sometimes more and sometimes fewer parking spaces available. Kid-friendliness: There is a small children's playground for the children. Child-friendly portions can be ordered upon request. Wheelchair accessibility: Access to the garden is possible with a wheelchair, but due to the significant gradients and inclines it is difficult to manage independently without the help of another person! Price per person: CHF 40–50 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Paid parking lot

The ambience itself is beautiful! However, the chairs you sit on in the bar are so uncomfortable, you almost sit on the floor, there are 2 lounge chairs, otherwise only these chairs in the outside area. When it's dark there isn't enough light. Having more staff on summer evenings would be a good idea for guest satisfaction. An older man is usually very special/weird, otherwise the staff is friendly, especially Ms. Harkin. The prices are a little higher but that is normal for Seerose Meisterschwanden. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Cesar salad, 25 francs but huge and delicious! They also have numerous mocktails which I think is great. Parking: There is usually enough parking space, except in midsummer it can be difficult. Would always pay as they are keen to distribute on buses. Price per person: CHF 40–50 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Paid parking lot
