Mi trovavo a Rosolini per caso ed ho deciso di cenare in questo locale . Cibo buonissimo , ho preso una tartara ed un carpaccio davvero buono . Anche il beverage top con una scelta di più di 50 gin spiegati per bene dall ottimo personale . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €20–30

I Versi Wine Bar has become my absolute favorite spot in my hometown (and surrounding area). It’s the kind of place where everything just works perfectly together — food, wine, cocktails, and service. The food never misses: I’ve tried almost everything on the menu, and it has always been excellent. Their options range from gourmet sandwiches to meat dishes and more, and everything I’ve had has been consistently outstanding. Among them, the pulled pork sandwich is one of my favorites — comfort food at its best, but made with real care. The wine list is clearly well thought out and carefully picked, with great choices across the board. I usually ask for a recommendation, and it’s always spot on. The wine is always perfectly chosen — I can be pretty picky, yet I’ve never had a wrong glass (or bottle ) here. And the cocktails are crafted with real mixology skill, easily standing up to the best I’ve had in the US, where I live. What really makes it special is the atmosphere: friendly, welcoming, and clearly built on passion. You can tell they truly love what they do, and it shows in every detail. Whether you’re in for dinner, a glass of wine, or just a cocktail, you always leave wanting to come back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner
