When we first arrived, one employee was yelling at another, after she gave us the menu, she came every minute to ask if we had decided and the whole time she was standing 2 meters from our table waiting for us to order, so I didn't even have time to read the entire menu, I just ordered the first thing I saw. The food was ready quickly, but the burger meat wasn't cooked well, it was pink and red and very rubbery, the cheese in the burger wasn't melted. Horrible. We ordered by phone. 3 double burgers, 2 spicy and one without onion and cheese. When we came to pick them up, the waitress yelled at us that we had ordered something completely unclear. She wanted to put only ketchup on all our burgers. The chef tried to remind her that we said two angry. She rudely snapped at him "as they ordered, so they got!". The whole experience of communicating with her was very unpleasant and I would not recommend it. In addition to all that, the burgers were also disappointing. I ordered one cheeseburger. Waited an hour and a half, the food was lukewarm, the price was high, the pastry was old. At least the waiter was friendly. The toilet at the gas station is like a pharmacy when you look at the toilet. Banus grill you used to be great, what happened to you now?? Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
