We’ve now eaten twice at B&B Gassa 95, and both times were absolutely delicious. We tried several different dishes, and every single one was a hit—bursting with flavor and clearly made with love. These are all traditional regional recipes, prepared with organic, local ingredients that taste like they were picked just moments before landing on your plate. The owner? A true gem—friendly, helpful, and more than happy to explain every dish like a proud chef presenting his masterpiece (which, let’s be honest, he probably is). The restaurant and B&B are tucked away in a 500-year-old wooden building that’s been in the same family for generations. You can feel the history in every beam and floorboard—like dining inside a cozy alpine time capsule, but with better wine. Highly recommended if you like your food local, your buildings historic, and your hosts charming. We’ll definitely be back for round three! Service: 5
