The thing that saddens us most is having received such judgment from those who have not had the opportunity to experience our village and take advantage of our services. We are always ready to accept advice and criticism, because this is what allows us to grow and improve year after year: however, we remain disconcerted when faced with such a judgment as he did not have the opportunity to get to know us and experience the CALYPSO holiday. In particular, Giovanni made a request to us in a very high season period, full board, for 2 weeks, 4 adults and 4 dogs, with all services included (full board, drinks, linen, beach service, entertainment, swimming pool, place car, WIFI): we realize that we are not a structure within everyone's reach and that each family RIGHTLY must choose their destination based on the set budget. This does not mean that the quote which for you is a "theft" may instead be for others a proposal with a "fair and affordable" price.
