Amazing experience of dining in Balthazar Downtown. Attention to the details and unforgettable mix of flavours made it one of my best Japanese restaurants. The atmosphere, the interior, the food and Chef’s Davide’s personal welcome - made our evening. Definitely highly recommend and will be back! Fantastic... excellent food, fresh fish and excellent staff (they pamper you) and an affordable price. I think I'll return... And guys it's a must try... then with a Lamborghini parked at the entrance to the club it's priceless... you'll definitely see us again... well done guys, great job Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time in St.Moritz ️and if you want to try the best sushi in St. Moritz and truly enjoy it Baltazar is the place to be. I tried it wirh my sister and we want to come back!
