The structure, where the Balera Sprint is located inside, is the grandstand of the old 1960s racetrack in Syracuse. Circuit where in the past there have also been held Formula 1 races not valid for the world championship of this category, hosting high-level drivers and teams, and an automotive Grand Prix, the Syracuse Grand Prix. The racetrack was used until 1969. The grandstand complex is overall in a state of decay and abandonment, corroded by the passage of time and never overhauled or renovated. The road in front is also in a state of disrepair and is also used as a landfill by rude people who take advantage of abandoned corners to get rid of their waste. From the outside, the Balera doesn't really look like it exists because there isn't a suitable view of the place and there is a small sign with the name of the place, once bright, but now destroyed and also abandoned. Internally the place was renovated in the past to also be used as a restaurant beyond now to Balera. Inside there is a ticket office, a bar area which however is not used properly because you can't find anything there, then there are two rooms, one used with tables for refreshments and one used as a dance hall for dancing with chairs and tables. All the furniture is sparse and aged.
