Dopo una lunga passeggiata attorno al Parco WWF Centro Didattico Ronchi, visita Ristorante Emilia - CHIUSO per una gradevole pausa. Prova questo locale per assaggiare degli ottimi pesce, antipasto e frutti di mare. Ordinare delizioso vino è una buona idea.
Il creativo personale mostra un alto livello di professionalità in questo ristorante. Rimarrai sicuramente soddisfatto del professionale servizio. Dal punto di vista degli ospiti, i prezzi sono ragionevoli. La fichissima atmosfera potrebbe indurti a stare qui più a lungo di quanto pianificato originariamente. Ma gli utenti di Google sono piuttosto generosi con questo posto: si è guadagnato un punteggio di 4.3 stelle.

Cameriere gentile e disponibile, atmosfera squallida, unici clienti insieme a noi camionisti che hanno ordinato pasta alla norma e carne; buono il vino frizzantino della casa.Antipasto di bruschetta su pane congelato e pomodorini acidi. Pasta mezze maniche ai frutti di mare con pesce spudoratamente congelato pur se non dichiarato sul menù. Abbiamo rappresentato alla titolare questo spiacevole inconveniente e per tutta risposta ci è stato detto che ci sbagliavamo e che si trattava di pesce fresco. Abbiamo smorzato la polemica e non abbiamo ordinato più nulla per evitare altre pietanze scadenti. Sconsigliatissimo…..anche perché non ti aspetti di dover battibeccare con la titolare per difendere il fatto evidente che il pesce NON era fresco se non CONGELATO - non ci si aspetta di dover mangiare pesce surgelato in un posto di mare -!!!

Negative experience from every point of view, from the delay of 1.30/2 hours for the first courses, to the courses not up to the prices and ending with the lack of education and friendliness of one of the waitresses and the chef (owner), the who never once questioned himself, but lavished himself on justifications and pedantic answers, placing the blame for the unsuccessful evening on us, guilty of not having agreed on the menu at the time of booking, despite not having been warned by the waitress of the restaurant's working methods. After all, it's common for restaurants to adopt this system, right? It's sorry, but after an evening and such treatment, refraining from not reviewing this place would have been an unkind thing towards the businesses that work with honesty and respect for the customer and who could lose the same ones with the same reviews. Having said that, with the hope of meeting again next season, I wish you good luck in your work.

You will excuse me if my words are more blunt. Unfortunately we don't always find what's right for us for things that are much more relevant than a banal, mediocrely cooked dinner. I'm sorry that I didn't meet your expectations but when an evening starts badly between the two interlocutors (in this case us) it can hardly end on a high note. I took the liberty of pointing this out to you not out of wisdom but out of experience and I was surprised when you decided to take the second course. Was it a second chance? Unfortunately I didn't grasp your magnanimity and I regret it. I invite you not to talk about important topics such as honesty or respect for the customer based on a negative experience.
