Ci sono stata per un sabato sera, posto incantevole, cena a buffet organizzata malissimo mancavano le sedie per tutti e tavoli inesistenti

Che dire.... Terme bellissime, personale top, organizzazione perfetta. Le piscine termali accoglienti, una pulizia perfetta. Tutto molto molto molto bello. Ristorante ottimo. Cibo buonissimo. Un posto dove andare e ritornare e ritornare

A Disappointing Experience at Bagni Di Pisa Palace & Thermal Spa We placed our trust in the luxurious reputation of the Bagni Di Pisa Palace & Thermal Spa - The Leading Hotels of the World, but our experience fell far short of expectations. Being accommodated in a room without external windows was the first sign of an impending disappointment. The description of "deluxe" for a 30-square-meter room was hard to accept when the reality was far from the promised comfort and luxury. From the broken and poorly repaired door frame to the gray, worn towels that inspired disgust rather than hygiene, every detail of the room seemed to scream negligence and lack of respect for guests. The scuffed walls and yellowed paint were clear evidence of inadequate maintenance. While we encountered the hospitality and "comic" services of the restaurant staff, the meager and undiverse breakfast only added to the overall feeling of disappointment. It's hard to understand how a hotel claiming to be 5-star can offer such a subpar experience. My recommendation is to approach with caution and skepticism the reviews that praise this hotel, as our experience was far from what a luxury hotel should offer. Perhaps the photographer who provided the promotional images truly deserves all 5 stars, but unfortunately, our experience was far from this illusory reality. Service: 1
