Dry as a bone, cold, had a hair in it, thrown together like it offended someone. My mistake maybe at buying it at 16h00, but still. Bottled water was nice. Food: 1 Service: 4

My partner and I had our very first experience at Geneva Airport, and we decided to stop by the Bagel and Juice Factory coffee shop. It turned out to be a great choice, thanks to the exceptional service we received from Mohammed. Mohammed was incredibly polite and spoke excellent English, which made our experience so much easier. He helped us choose a delicious local pastry and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—offering five-star service all the way. The café also has a charming little garden area with umbrellas outside. Since we had a lot of luggage, Mohammed kindly offered to bring our drinks out to us so we wouldn’t have to carry everything ourselves. That thoughtful gesture made a big difference. People like Mohammed deserve to be recognised and appreciated. His hospitality sets a great example for customer service everywhere. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
