My husband and I had a great lunch here.Cheese onion quiche and a delicious salad, made with the freshest ingredients.. We chatted with the ownerthe bakers are on sight at 3am! We had an espresso after lunchhe told us he had just completed the 7 step course and is now a certified coffee sommelier. The espresso was divineso smooth. Please stop by Steineria for a fantastic meal! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

As an American living here, finding a proper Red Velvet cake can be a real challenge, but the team at Steiner-Beck absolutely made it happen! I was incredibly impressed with the quality of the cake. While it didn't feature the traditional cream cheese frosting, the flavor was excellent, and the layers of surprise strawberry were a fantastic touch. They were very accommodating with a last-minute, off-the-cuff request and even managed to provide delivery. While the price is on the higher side (75 CHF), it was well worth it for a special celebration. Highly recommended for anyone looking for high-quality, custom baking in the Solothurn area!
