The Hotz bakery turns out to be a disappointment. Every time I visited, I was greeted by the boss in a bad mood, if at all... who dismissed customers in front of me with a scowl on her face and an unpleasant tone of voice. I feel sorry for the employees... Instead of offering a pleasant shopping experience, the bakery seems to be surrounded by a dark veil that stifles any positive mood. The unfriendly boss and the bad atmosphere in the store make the visit an unpleasant experience. You can have a bad day and everyone has their own baggage to bear, but this is no reason to be so unfriendly. Maybe she'll thrive in a job without customer contact... In any case, there are plenty of other bakeries that offer friendly service and high-quality products. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Superfine croissants. If you're lucky, fresh out of the oven. The bread is always fresh and delicious. Very friendly and courteous staff who always do something good for my son My favorite bakery in Cham.
