The owner of the bakery is very nice, I should say the whole staff is very nice and friendly. I loved the chocolates they serve specially the one with 70% coco. Naught some for my family. Not forget to try their Ice tea, which I feel is very special Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Although it's a chain - the very special, cozy atmosphere of its former competitor Gleis11 is missing - it's a good substitute if you need a coffee on the way to work. The range is also larger and therefore offers baked goods, patisserie and snacks to a wider audience. Illnau train station would be a boring place without this restaurant!
