Our experience was disappointing, mainly because of the service rather than the food. The staff were not particularly welcoming or friendly. We ordered burgers, only to realize they came with nothing except the bun and the meat. There was no lettuce, tomato, onion, or any indication that this was the style of burger being served. That by itself isn't necessarily a problem, but it would have been helpful if it had been made clear when ordering. What was even more frustrating was that the burgers were served with a special house sauce by default. Nobody informed us about it or asked whether we wanted it. Later, I asked if I could have some mustard, and my request was refused because the burger already contained their house sauce. I found this difficult to understand. Customers should be able to choose an additional condiment, especially when they were never told that another sauce would be added automatically. It wasn't about the mustard itself—it was the attitude. Rather than trying to accommodate a simple request, the response made us feel like we were asking for something unreasonable. Good customer service is often measured by how small requests are handled, and this was a missed opportunity. The food itself was acceptable, but nothing memorable. Combined with the unfriendly service and the unwillingness to accommodate a basic request, the overall experience was disappointing. One positive is that visitors are allowed to bring their own food and drinks. If that's still the policy, I'd recommend doing so. Based on our experience, you'll likely enjoy your visit more by bringing your own meal rather than eating here. Price per person: CHF 10–20
