My partner wanted to get a coffee. We waited for 5 minutes because no one was at the counter, and I had to get their attention. When the saleswoman finally arrived, with a closed-off expression, she barely said hello. It’s a shame. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great location, worst service. I bought burek and pizza, which should have cost 4.8€, but was charged 5.7€. The female staff member's rude, unfriendly, and overbearing attitude made me feel uncomfortable. It would be better if the place was unmanned. There are many similar reviews, but does the owner have no intention of improving? If you want to turn a great trip to Dubrovnik into a terrible one, visit this place. It is really unfortunate that I have to write this, but I left feeling so disappointed about the way they treated customers including myself. I found them very rude, and I was also given the wrong change. I tried the chocolate bombica, it was tasteless and stale. It’s a huge shame as it’s a beautiful spot and it holds a lot of potential.
