Le opinioni su questo posto sono difficili da racchiudere in una frase, le casette a trulli sono ancora più belle dal vivo che nelle foto, la famiglia che gestisce il posto è tutta adorabile. Tuttavia, la cosa che vorrei menzionare maggiormente è la cucina. È uno dei posti migliori che ho visitato in questa parte d'Italia. Dalla colazione al pranzo alla cena, i piatti preparati per noi sono una combinazione di cucina inventiva con i migliori ingredienti. Deliziosi frutti di mare, carne di manzo, frittelle con carciofi sono solo alcuni dei piatti che vale la pena provare. Tornerò sicuramente qui.

Location: incantevoli trulli immerso nella natura della valle d'Itria; struttura bellissima, curata, affascinante. Servizi: piscina di medie dimensioni con sdraio, ombrellone e kit piscina messi a disposizione dalla struttura; il plus è la vasca idromassaggio a disposizione nel back garden privato. Personale top. Asciugacapelli Dyson una bella scoperta. Menù: colazione a buffet con proposte calde incluse, molto buona, variegata con un occhio agli sprechi (i salumi vengono tagliati sul momento ad esempio); cena by Chef Onofrio (& Friends) squisita in ogni sua portata, con un occhio di riguarda verso regimi alimentari vegetariani su richiesta. Conto: onesto nel complesso. Service: 5

Our stay at Borgofreddo Luxury Suite in Puglia’s countryside was nothing short of magical. It was one of the best place we stayed for several years. Nestled among ancient olive groves not far from Monopol and Polignano a Mare, the location offered a perfect blend of serene isolation and easy access to Puglia’s gems. The tranquil silence, broken only by the soft hum of cicadas, created an idyllic retreat from daily life. The facilities at Borgofreddo were exceptional. The amazing pool, surrounded by very large and comfortable sunbeds, was a highlight, perfect for lounging under the Puglian sun with a refreshing drink in hand. The suites, housed in beautifully restored 18th-century trulli, combined rustic charm with modern luxury. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with thoughtful amenities like plush bathrobes and high-end toiletries, ensuring every comfort was met. The food was outstanding, a true taste of Puglia. Breakfasts were a delightful spread of fresh pastries, local fruits, and regional specialties, served with care. Poolside lunches were light and flavorful. Do not miss the dinners which were a highlight, featuring generous portions of authentic Puglian dishes made with fresh, local ingredients and paired with excellent regional wines. Each meal felt like a celebration of the region’s rich culinary heritage. A tip: don’t miss out on reserving your dinner at the restaurant. The dishes are delicate and refined, and the selection of 4 seafood or land dishes is of exceptional finesse Barbara and her team made the experience truly (or maybe trulli) special. Their warmth and hospitality were unmatched, treating us like family from the moment we arrived. Barbara’s attentiveness and genuine care, along with her team’s professionalism, ensured every detail of our stay was perfect. Borgofreddo Luxury Suite is a gem, offering breathtaking surroundings, top-notch amenities, exquisite food, and heartfelt hospitality. It’s the ideal spot for a luxurious, authentic Puglian escape. We left already dreaming of our next visit.
