A must have to visit and try speciality coffe, matcha and cascara tea. Shout out for the stylish garden and high end interior design.

BORA NERA specialty coffee The Cardini family started the first special coffee roastery in Istria, in Vodnjan. 100% Arabica from sustainable projects such as permaculture, women's cooperatives and organic farming. A visit for a coffee tasting is worth it because the quality is excellent. Next to the roastery there is a small, elegant guesthouse that I can also recommend.
