I'm leaving one star because I can't leave any. This morning (mistakenly) I stopped to get breakfast and lunch. Pizzas and focaccias are good but the kraffen is obscene. The cream wasn't ready at 08.00 and I wonder if you can't fill the croissants at 08.00 in the morning when do you plan to do it at the end of the day? The kraffen, although good looking, was inedible, the hard dough made at least 24 hours before, perhaps even 48 hours before. If you want to fight mirrors, I'm fine with it but to be fair, inform the customer that the product is from the day before and above all make them pay less. EXPERIENCE NOT TO BE REPEATED
