Terrible service! These girls think they are rich, but if they are there it is to work and serve everyone. If they don't want to work, give the position to someone else.

I am very happy with the service and assortment at Bon Genie. I would wish to have more of designer items in clothing and decoration, but the service is impeccable. Thank you

I was looking for a special Montale fragrance. Tropical Wood. Most competitors are sold out online. And I need it by Friday. I drove from St. Gallen to Lausanne today and luckily they had the fragrance on site. The service was very friendly and spoke good English. Recommended. Kind regards
