We went to the cooked wine festival last night after half an hour in line and the line wasn't even that long, we ordered three pizzas since at 9.30pm most of the things they did were already finished. We sit down and wait half an hour but nothing, we waited more than an hour and a half missing the tour and the celebrations in the town and in the end we discover that the wood oven wasn't working and we needed to wait at least more than half an hour. At this point we were furious and went to the cashier to get our money back and the staff didn't even ask why or give us explanations. But imagine if they even apologized. A shameful thing If you don't know how to manage all these people, it's better to be a good chef. I strongly advise against it on holidays Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
