We got the privilege to visit Azienda Agricola L'Avvenire which is the home of a local family that still makes cheese from scratch. We met Gigi the cheese master and he told us the cheese making process, let us see some freshly made ricotta cheese and see the cute cows that gave their milk. We got a tour of the grounds from lovely Francesca learning how the land was used and previously owned by noble family. Gigi and Francesca were very hospitable as they hosted a cheese and wine pairing which was amazing. We got to experience farm to table cheese, olive oil, wine and honey.
