Fioretta, Carlo, and Valentina, your hospitality and warmth were absolutely amazing. The food was out of this world, the absolute best we have had on our trip. I learned so many things that I plan to put into action when I get home (gnocchi especially)! My kids will be so amazed, as long as I can get even close to what we experienced today. From the moment we arrived and Carlo made cappuccino for all and we ate your homemade tarts I knew this day was going to be special. Today was my first experience with Pici and I am absolutely hooked. Your appetizers were “next level”, and now I can honestly say that I have had the best chicken liver I’ve ever had. Your property is so charming with breathtaking views of your beautiful village. Thank you for the tour of your olive grove. I anticipate your 300 year old olive tree will end up in a frame in my home. Also, all my mother in-law could say on the way back to Montepulciano was to be careful driving and protect the fresh eggs you gave her! Honestly, the greatest part of today was sitting with you, Carlo, and Valentina laughing, eating and drinking the most delightful food and wine/spirits. Thank you for one of my best days in Italy in all my years traveling here. My wife and my family wish all of you a very happy New Year and beyond. We will definitely see you again soon. il piacere è stato assolutamente tutto nostro!

This was an amazing place to experience harvesting olives and do a cooking class. The husband and wife team were so kind and accommodating. We also did a fresh olive oil tasting and it has changed everything I knew about olive oil. We ate everything we made and more. They provided a wonderful dessert and wine as well. Highly recommend!

What a great experience! Fioretta and Carlo create a warm welcoming atmosphere. We learned how to make cantucci, pici, and ravioli. We tasted Carlo’s homemade olive oil and limoncello and left with very full stomachs after dinner.
