What a lovely day in Tuscany!! I booked the cooking class on a recco from our villa owner. After a 15 min drive from Montalcino, our group of 8 was greeted by the most lovely couple and their adorable cat-- Figaro!! Fioretta and Carlo showed us their veggie garden, provided appetizers (delicious panzanella salad) in the olive grove, and bruschetta on the terrace with a great view of San Quirico. Wine was free flowing... We made 2 types of pasta and we were treated to a perfectly grilled steak, and a lovely dessert. The best past of the night was sitting down with Fioretta, Carlo and the chef who cooked our meal at a beautifully set table under bistro lights. This dinner/ cooking class was a true highlight of our week in Tuscany. I recommend this to anyone looking for a unique experience.

An absolutely lovely afternoon and one of our favourite experiences in Italia so far!! Amazing hospitality, generational experience and knowledge of the area and farm and such a beautiful setting. We got way more than we bargained for and felt more like we were visiting home for the holidays than just out for an olive oil tasting! Can’t recommend enough.
