The best restaurant in Šibenik! We have been coming to Croatia and Šibenik for many years. Since five years we were coming because of Karlo /the owner/ to a previous restaurant he used to be at and since he opened Ay Amo there is no other place we would be ever going to in Šibenik. The food and menu is worth a Michelin-star restaurant. Local ingredients, all hand-picked by Karlo, coming from his friends. The best olive oil, home-baked bread, amazing wine and the tuna and prawns! He marinates the tuna in such an amazing sashimi style that even though we have visited many Michelin-star restaurants all around the world and are real foodies, this tuna was just exquisite! If you are ever in Šibenik, do not miss this gem! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
