Passed for a drink on 16.08 at 1.30 p.m. and on arriving amazed, a sign indicating self-service on the terrace. I went to get the drinks and we sit down at a large wooden table where 2 long-dried dessert cups are still lying around on the table. I pushed them and until we left they stayed there. There were 11 people who consumed so nothing to be stressed for the staff. Two people who arrived with horses wanted to eat something with fries but the sommelier told them that they had just turned off the fryer!!! It was 1:35 p.m. We were staying in Delémont and in principle we were going to eat there in the evening but after all that we said to ourselves that we were going to eat in Delémont. We were still not going to do the service and maybe still the dishes. On good terms. Service: 1 Location: 4
