We are sorry to read that you didn't fully enjoyed your experience in our restaurant and that you felt leftover. We are use to work with a cosmopolite and foreigners customer base as well as with locals and we treat everyone with the same attention even if we are particularly busy. I am glad that we could find a solution for your table regarding the steak. Even if it is not our house main product, like the cheese fondue, we generally have only great feedback about the quality of our meat. I can see trough the pictures you posted that you also tried our cheese fondue I hope it was up to your taste. Nevertheless I am confuse with the wine your posted as it is not a wine we propose in our restaurant as we only have a selection of Swiss wine.
