We ended up at the Auberge de Tissiniva by chance this afternoon and decided to eat a fondue right before we got to the door. However, after we saw the wonderfully decorated plates of the other guests, we hesitated for a moment :-) but we still took the fondue and didn't regret it for a moment!!! I thought it was the best fondue of my life! Rémy recommended a delicious white wine to suit our taste and served us very courteously and friendly. We also couldn't resist ordering a dessert (mmmmmm...) and we enjoyed an excellent coffee with it. All this with a breathtaking backdrop right before our eyes. If the weather isn't as warm as today, it's also very comfortable to sit inside. This discovery was a really great holiday surprise! We really enjoyed our stay and will always remember it!! Highly recommended :-) With kind regards to Rémy from Susanne and Stephan, and greetings and thanks to Rémy's father for the great fondue cheese!! And also a special shout out to the chef for preparing the moitie-moitie with echalottes and ciboulettes :-) Well, now I'll stop :-))))))
