We visited on the occasion of the caves ouvertes so I think the menu choice was restrained. However, we had their burger and it was amazing: great combination of taste between awesome beef, great raclette cheese, and some cured meat. It was kinda difficult to eat by hand, so needed some fork skill to get a balanced taste of everything

Nous venons régulièrement à St-Pierre de Clages à l'auberge de la croix Blanche, chez Truck, excellente table, à recommander! Le personnel est super comme la patronne!

Super soirée passée à la croix blanche. Repas excellent et serveuses très gentilles et attentionnées. On va y retourner. Merci
