Weird hours, pricey breakfast, not enough hot water, not worth the money. I recently stayed here for a business trip, and my employer booked this hotel. Weirdly for a hotel, reception closes at 8 pm (!), so be aware of that when booking. At 17 CHF, breakfast is measly and definitely not worth the price. Doughy, supermarket grade, ready-bake bread, with prepackaged spreads, and cold cuts. I have eaten better at motels 1/4 of the price. There were also many issues with the hot water, from there not being enough water pressure, to there being no hot water in the morning at all, to it being off/on multiple times throughout in the bathroom sink. I would expect far more for the high price, and would not stay here again. Service: 2

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write your comment. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at the Hotel Terminus. Reception closes on Sundays at 3pm and on Mondays at 8pm. We do our best to inform our guests of how they can access the hotel. From Tuesday to Saturday, as the Bistro is open, our colleagues are always happy to welcome you after 8pm. As far as breakfast is concerned, we have 3 different types of bread, eggs that you can cook as you wish, butter, jam, pastries, fruit salad, fruit, cold cuts, fruit juice, milk, cereals and a coffee machine with milk, etc. As far as hot water is concerned, we have not yet had any problems.
