They are highly reliable and professional partner who consistently delivers a high standard of service. What we particularly appreciate about ATENTO team is their dedication to go an extra mile - not only for the clients but also for their partners and colleagues involved in the event. We cancelled our booking with over a year’s notice, yet the catering company refused to return our deposit. At that stage, no food had been prepared or costs incurred, so keeping the money feels completely unjustified. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a business prioritise profit over basic fairness. Wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.
