I had an early dinner in the brasserie section of this hotel restaurant. The menu is interesting with several vegetarian options and they have a good selection of wines from the region. Unfortunately I chose a goat cheese salad that featured four ultra-thin, barely melted slices of cheese on top of chewy bread, on top of low quality salad, bathing in vinegar rich salad sauce completely killing the taste of the excellent pinot Noir from the Fin Bec producer in Sion that accompanied my meal. The very pleasant waiter passed on my complaint to the kitchen and offered me a free coffee which explains the three stars rather than two. Really poor value for money. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 60–70 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
