Siamo stati 4 giorni , e sono sicuro di nn farne altri mai più . All'arrivo la stanza era pronta , peccato che era sporca . Dopo aver fatto presente alla signora la pulizia , il giorno dopo , cambiato poco e niente. I parcheggi sono limitati , la piscina bella grande , peccato della poca cura . Se vi danno una stanza sul fronte via , la notte dormi veramente poco , per via del pub con musica alta fino le 2.00 di notte .unica nota positiva il cibo , anche se una sera io e mio figlio abbiamo avuto dissenteria. Anche quest’anno siamo stati accolti con grande ospitalità dalla signora Emanuela in questo bellissimo albergo. Ottima colazione, piscina stupenda e personale molto cortese e disponibile. Consigliamo vivamente! Service: 5
I have used the hotel twice in the past. On Sunday 17/12 on the occasion of my wife's birthday I booked a room for just one night, and I did it in person at the beginning of the previous week to be sure of having "that" room, which for me and my wife had and it has a particular meaning. Room booked (616) Once we reach the hotel we have the unpleasant surprise of learning that the room is no longer available, but that we will be accommodated in the same one (610) We go up to the floor and discover that it is not the same at all. We went back down to reception and were offered another room, the number of which I don't remember. Quickly going back to the floor and realizing that it's worse than the first. We go down to reception for the umpteenth time and the lady tells us that she can't do anything because 616 is occupied and has no other rooms to offer us. I would like to point out that from the reservation sheet on the receptionist's work surface, perfectly visible, my reservation for 616 was clearly visible, crossed off by hand and replaced by 610. Now, even if I struggle to understand the reason, it could be that the room I booked is assigned to another guest, I repeat: I don't understand the logic, but I believe that in this case we should be given an identical room or an upgrade , not a downgrading. We left the hotel and moved to another facility, with no attempt on the part of the receptionist to explain what had happened or to do anything, indeed with the clear feeling that our removal was seen as the solution to one of her problems.
