Very friendly staff and a pretty big choice of products. There were only few people and the lady at the cash register asked me if I need help the moment I crossed the doorstep. If you buy for >100 CHF, you get 18% discount on many products, which is also really nice. Unfortunately they ran out of dried chilies, but they had a lot of other nice products.

! Do not visit the store between Thursday and Saturday ! I've gone to this store pretty much since it opened and it's only gotten worse. For years now the shelves have become more and more empty, and that includes the non fresh products. But surprisingly this isn't even the biggest issue. The bigger issue lies in the so called current "store manager" L. From a "store manager" I actually expect more than common decency, which is apparently something she's never heard of. Aside from not being able to even greet the customers, I don't expect a lot, even a simple nod would have been enough, she is always on her phone, either tapping away or actually talking, when people are literally standing at the cashier, products already put onto the counter. You'd think she'd be aware and at least pause her phone call? Of course not, her call is more important, even though it was very apparently not about something urgent, but sure the customers can wait. She also barely knows enough German to handle the cashiering, let alone answer questions the customers have. Now, considering the fact that customer treatment is already way less than ok, you'd think they have a nice variety of products always on stock? Unsurprisingly, in this department as well, her work ethics are lacking. Half of the shelves are always empty, and the other half is sprinkled with expired products [with no notice from the workers], the fridges with the fresh produce, are quite often empty nowadays, even though that was their main selling point. You know, I can deal with rude ["store manager" L. was most likely never thought how to human] but then I expect the person to actually do their job perfectly. I do have to wonder why they decided to hire her? Because I know for a fact that people, me included, have decided to only visit the store between Monday and Wednesday, because the other worker works on those days [our dear worker P.]. Because even though the shelves are still mostly empty [seriously why did they hire worker L. as store manager] at least during Mon-Wed, we, the customers, are actually treated like human beings. So yeah, worker P. you deserve all the stars. TLDR: - do not visit store Thu-Sat, only visit Mon-Wed, if you really have to. - why did they hire "store manager" L.???
