Esperienza culinaria bellissima durante il nostro weekend in Croazia! Il gentilissimo proprietario ci ha spiegato con molta accuratezza tutti i piatti proposti dal suo menù; abbiamo visto proprio la passione e il cuore che ci mette per avere alla fine un buon prodotto. Dall’ antipasto al dolce, tutto è stato perfetto. Se mai torneremo a Omis, sicuramente ripeteremo la tappa! Arsana Tasting House is a hidden gem in Omiš. The atmosphere is incredibly charming and peaceful, and the food was simply outstanding. Everything is perfectly balanced and tastes authentic, as if you were dining right in the chef’s own home. The vegetarian options were amazing, but everything else is just as highly recommended. All the dishes are traditional Dalmatian cuisine, and the chef even shared some fascinating background about the history behind the recipes. We actually came here twice so we could try as much as possible! The team is so warm and welcoming that you feel at home from the first moment. Marta is an absolute treasure, and we had such a wonderful time here. A small and truly special place that really stands out from the rest. A special recommendation: is the crêpe filled with cheesecake cream. Lots of love from Linz! Price per person: €40–45 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
