Una bella esperienza in un contesto naturale molto bello. L’occasione per sperimentare e mescolare materie prime e piatti molto buoni. Cordiale e premuroso il servizio Vegetarian options: Veggie snack platter for two Sweet potato fries Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 30–40 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I was on a vacation with my family, thinking that it would be a good opportunity to spend some quality time with my family at Aroleid Restaurant. After walking a trail nearby we were starving for some lunch. In the morning we had checked all our reservation details making sure that the restaurant had our reservation. We got our confirmation letter, so we didn’t think that much about it. When we got to the restaurant we found out that it had been closed. We checked the website and found out that the restaurant was clearly closed but why would they allow us to book the restaurant as well as send a confirmation in the morning. I strongly advise that if you are coming to this restaurant make sure of your reservation. To this point we still don’t know why the restaurant was closed. We kept an open mind and decided to go to another restaurant and not ruin our vacation. When we got back to our hotel we were shocked to receive a gratitude email for eating at their restaurant. We believe that their is something technologically wrong with their system and we advise Aroleid Restaurant to quickly get it sorted or else other people might have the same experience.

We went today as a group of 10. Overpriced dishes, poor quality…. Tap water 8chf/bottle, no bread with soup or salad, 3chf for 4 small slices of bread….
