These are the words of Marijan Arman Winemaking in the Arman family has been practiced since the 1880s and is part of the family's DNA. Marijan Arman is the fourth generation to work with the vines and his training began, so to speak, at birth, always within the family framework. Wine is now the meaning of his life. The family relies on tradition, of course in conjunction with new technologies. The autochthonous Istrian varieties such as Malvazija and Teran are the focus of his work, which he now shares with his daughters.
