Dopo aver visitato il Adrian von Bubenberg-Denkmal, vieni qui per un pasto. Tutti i visitatori adorano il menu, che in questo ristorante propone una cucina coreano splendida. A disgraceful tale of customer service. Zero stars. I ordered (the most expensive) beef short rib bulgogi with (bog standard) plain white rice and chicken noodles (in my lifetime to date) via Just Eat. I collected it myself yesterday. It was handed to me in a paper bag. I walked out of the restaurant, down the road, and into Bern station where the chicken noodles escaped the bag and splattered on the floor... How did this happen you ask? Well, the bulgogi container was full of bulgogi and lots of juices/gravy. It was not sealed properly so the gravy leaked out in the bag and created a hole in the bag and the container with the chicken noodles fell out through that hole...I was walking around with my head up (as you do) so was not paying attention to what was occurring inside the bag. I revisited Arirang this morning just before lunch and they had the nerve to tell me that this is my fault. Sure...it is my fault that you gave me something overflowing in juice in a foil container with a paper lid which was placed in a paper bag...that makes no sense whatsoever. No compassion, no empathy, no care, just your fault and deal with it so yes I am very annoyed and this could have been worded in a much stronger tone. Disgusting, disgraceful customer service which is shameful and totally unacceptable. Do not order takeaway from here. Price per person: CHF 40–50

I'm Asian and the food here is bland for me. Maybe you'll enjoy this if you don't eat alot of Asian food. Not truly a Korean restaurant but a fusion.They also got my order wrong and they did try to get me seated on the dark corner while there is a whole lot of empty seats. Why you may ask? I don't know. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
