We where there this summer ,and we enjoyed in superbly prepared food and relaxed ,comfortable enviroment. Waiters where fast. always available and smiling. The most impressed we where in the presentation of the wine . I highly recommend it. See you next year :) ;)

We were there last August and enjoyed food and atmosphere..People that work there are nice and fast..And food was amazing..I had boneless chicken drumstick with potatoes, which was really really tasty..And all the food that was coming out of the kitchen was looking sooo delicious..If we go back on Hvar, we will definitely go back there again..Highly recommended! :)

Restaurant Appetit, Rozeta and The Pub are all one restaurant. The service is pretty inefficient, as waiters are bouncing from restaurant to restaurant.We saw advertisements for Rozeta on the ferry over to Hvar from Dubrovnik and read good reviews, so we decided to check it out. They said we needed reservations and told us that our party of 6 could only get 2 sushi rolls and that it would take an hour because the sushi chefs were overwhelmed. We ordered 4 rolls and nigiri anyway and the sushi came out before our other food! The sushi was better than what we ordered from Appetit. We got the fish platter for 2, which the waiters highly recommended. I thought the fish was mediocre—not much taste. The chicken dish was good. We also liked the vegetable tempura. The gnocchi was pretty good. The tuna tartar was good, but very salty.In summary, go to Rozeta for the sushi, but make reservations ahead of time. Or just avoid the restaurant altogether, as there is better food on the island.
