Hotel davvero accogliente, personale della reception davvero all'altezza, soprattutto la Sabrina e la sua collega bionda del giorno Mercoledì 17 Dicembre, nel turno del pomeriggio. Camera pulitissime e super insonorizzate. La posizione abbastanza centrale, si trova ha 15 minuti ha piedi dalla Stazione.

From the views, the rushing sound of water creating the most amazing sleep experience. The staff overwhelming thoughtful and ready to assist. The bartender Zoltan creating the best mojitos in Switzerland! My only consideration, the pool needs to open earlier and stay open later, for those of us who over exerted ourselves and need a refreshing dip before we do it all over again the next day. From the moment we arrived at Hotel Sonne, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff here are exceptional — warm, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable. Their kindness and professionalism truly set this hotel apart. The food was outstanding, with beautifully prepared dishes that felt crafted with care and passion. The spa is, without doubt, one of the best I’ve experienced — serene, luxurious, and perfect for unwinding after a day in the mountains. The pool, jacuzzi, and relaxation areas are immaculate, and the atmosphere is pure bliss. The location is ideal: peaceful yet just a short walk to the heart of Zermatt and the lifts. In short, Hotel Sonne offers everything you could want in a mountain getaway, but it’s the people who make it truly special. I can’t wait to return. Service: 5
