Hello Noorder Vorst Thank you for your kind review and we are pleased about the many positive comments. We would like to apologise for the rusty dots on the towel rack and the two stains on the water tab. Thank you also for letting us know by departure. This is indeed the best solution, so the irregularity can be rectified as soon as possible. We actually answer all reviews personally in written. Wiesen is a small mountain village and the roads here are narrower than in the city, however a regular car passes easily, also in winter. We regret that we cannot give a refund on the room rate and hope to welcome you on another occasion. We wish the two of you all the very best. Sylvia and the Muchetta Team
