Mangiare in questo ristorante con una bellissima vista sull' Oratorio dei Santi Bernardo e Lucia sarà una positiva esperienza per i visitatori. I sapori saporiti della cucina italiana e mediterranea attraggono molti visitatori. Ordina gustosi spigola, ravioli e gamberi. Qui sarai in grado di assaggiare ottimi parfait, gelato alla fragola e tiramisu alle fragole. Prova i deliziosi cocktails margarita, prosecco o cordiale. Qui si possono degustare dei fantastici caffè espresso o limonata.

Attenzione! I prezzi che vedete nelle foto del menù non sono veritieri, i prezzi reali sono dei molto maggiori.. io mi son sentito preso in giro quando all'esterno ho trovato il menù con ben altri prezzi...

IMPECCABLE CUISINE BUT KINDNESS AND COURTESY OF AN EVEN HIGHER LEVEL Due to various delays in the Corsica-Liguria crossing, we landed at the port of Portofino well after the time we booked our table at the Antonio restaurant in Santa Margherita Ligure. Furthermore, being at sea, it was impossible to communicate our delay to the venue in time. An unexpected event that would have left us starving in the vast majority of restaurants, not at Antonio's. Even though the kitchen closed at 10.30pm, the staff kindly waited for us until 10.40pm, with the entire place now empty, still allowing us to order everything we wanted, without making us mind the late hour in the slightest (they waited that we finished well after 11pm before starting to clear the other tables), and serving dishes of absolute goodness. A gesture that I would like to mention as it qualifies the great professionalism of the staff, clearly seen even during table service (unfortunately I don't remember the name of the lady who took care of serving us, but I once again publicly express my thanks and thanks to her my congratulations, elegance and truly high level knowledge of the profession). What also immediately puts guests at ease is the location, intimate but not gloomy, with a beautiful summer veranda that honors the Ligurian territory in which it is located. Mise en place in the norm but cared for. In terms of cuisine, the choice on the menu is worthy of those who love the true flavors of the sea and are looking for an escape from the classic tourist proposals now cleared through customs. Ample space for tradition, faithfully respected, accompanied to a lesser extent for each section of the menu by authentic proposals from the chef. The raw material is of the highest quality and the treatment given to it is equally high (to mention bread, desserts and pastries, all home-produced). The portions are pleasantly generous and enriched by careful presentations that do not reveal their actual generosity, rather allowing a sense of finesse and elegance to shine through. The final bill, being fresh fish in the center of Santa, is absolutely within reach (2 starters, 2 first courses, 2 glasses of Vermentino, water and cover charge, €44 each), and the perceived quality/price ratio is even better. The wine list is also of a good standard, it's a pity only for the proposals by the glass which only consist of one bottle, in the case of the white (still excellent). Ultimately, by moving slightly away from the chaos of the seafront, it is possible to enjoy (in the true sense of the word) a proper dinner at the Antonio restaurant. Your stomach fills up without emptying your wallet, your palate travels and you are treated perfectly. Highly recommended!
