A step back in time of at least 100 years! Forno "stuck" between the streets of Morrone del Sannio (CB), a village built on tuff and rock perched on the path of the tratturo (the transhumance road) which the flocks and herds headed for Puglia passed through Molise. The oven, originally cooked with wood, still produces products with "ancient" techniques, handed down from generation to generation, bread, pizza and desserts all strictly handmade!!! Flavors, fragrances and aromas that have now disappeared and are unknown to the vast majority of people.
