Gelato e sorbetti molto buoni, ho scelto ad occhio poiché nella gelateria affianco i gelati avevano un aspetto finto.

Conosco questa gelateria da anni, l'ho sempre reputata ottima. leri ho cambiato idea, gelato di scarsa qualità (mi riferisco in particolare al gusto con i fichi) con gusti particolari ma che il proprietario non permette di assaggiare. Sono stata servita con impazienza e fretta, nonostante non ci fosse fila, ma soprattutto scortesia. Anche io lavoro con il pubblico e so benissimo come vanno trattati i clienti, questa è la modalità perfetta per non farli tornare! Un'esperienza orribile, sconsiglio vivamente. Comunque accanto c'è un altro bar che fa il gelato, il Tirreno, io la prossima volta andrò li. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: €1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ci dispiace lei lamenti una brutta esperienza pubblicamente ma sappiamo bene come sono andate le cose. Sgradevolissima la pubblicità che lei fa per rivalsa al locale accanto. Liberissima di andare dove meglio crede

Antica Gelateria Moscetti, so old that even the ice creams really have a stale and tired area... I had the unfortunate idea of entering this place looking for a tub of ice cream for my fellow diners and the rudeness and discourtesy with which I was welcomed was already enough to run away like hell, I said to myself, maybe it's a bad day for the lady at the counter but when I asked for information on why we couldn't taste the flavors (I assure you with the utmost politeness and with the surprise of the curious to read this sign displayed on the counter) she literally replied by thundering “WHY NOOOO”, after a few seconds of confusion I kindly asked her, what does that mean, why not, excuse me? “Everyone makes their own rules”, “yes, I certainly don't discuss this, I was just asking why?”...The lady could have answered in a thousand ways, I don't know “we consume too many plastic spoons”; “you waste a lot of time for the people in the queue” but “WHY NOOO”, said with that frown and out of control customer rudeness is truly unacceptable!!!...The lady, upset, threw the tray down of ice cream that he held in his hands and kicked me and my brother out of the place, BUT COME ON SERIOUSLY!!! But who would ever take that dry and old ice cream, we were also doing you a favor, honestly... Dear lady, of ice cream parlors and the best products, this place is full, maybe I can't guarantee the friendliness, but certainly better than at your place (which takes very little!!!). If you don't know or don't want to relate to the public, change jobs and maybe , every now and then, even tubs of ice cream!!! P.S. Ice cream can be seen when it is old, because it changes color on the surface. I would like to add that it is not exactly the same thing to ask for a taste of a microscopic teaspoon of ice cream on a pizza, but this is not the point, moreover I had not even asked for the tasting but only why it was not allowed and here is the point the focal point is not so much the ice cream, whether it is good or expired, but the rudeness and discourtesy of the person behind the counter.
