Fantastico. Non ho altre parole per descriverlo. Ci siam fermati per mangiare qualcosa. Abbiam preso due schiacciate e due bicchieri di Nobile di Montepulciano. Schiacciate ottime ed abbondanti, idem il vino. Tant’è che ne abbiam presi altri 2 bicchieri. Il personale veramente gentile e cordiale. Le ragazze ci sanno fare, il posto è tenuto benissimo. Incantevole! Complimenti. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €20–30

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was so looking forward to celebrating my husband’s birthday at Antica Bottega Wine Tasting, expecting a wonderful and memorable experience. Instead, we were treated with rudeness and disrespect from the moment we arrived. Earlier in the day, I called to inquire about their wine tasting experience. The owner answered the phone and explained the prices and advised that if we came within 30 minutes, we didn’t need a reservation for that day. When we arrived, we were met by two staff members who immediately scolded us for not having a reservation. I explained that I had spoken to the owner, who said it wasn’t necessary. They grudgingly seated us, and after a wait, the owner came over and once again aggressively questioned whether we had made a reservation. I reminded her that I was the one who had called her just a few minutes earlier and followed her instructions. Her response was loud, rude, and dismissive, telling us we should have called back to confirm, making us feel incredibly unwelcome on what was meant to be a special evening. At this point, we decided that no experience was worth being treated like this and left, feeling humiliated and deeply disappointed. This was my husband’s birthday, and we just wanted to have a special evening. Instead, we were subjected to shockingly unprofessional and outright hostile behavior. I would never recommend Antica Bottega Wine Tasting to anyone. If you value respect and decent customer service, avoid this place at all costs. The experience left us hurt, disappointed, and completely dissatisfied.

Buongiorno signora Tanise! Thank you for taking your gorgeous time to write us this review. To mention the most historical place of Florence with 1 star seems ridiculous and very frustrating as you never been my customer. As a Owner ….. I will replay to you in very polite manner- don’t be a lier- all you wrote about my place about my employees that’s so embarrassing!!!! all does complaining after 3 seconds you went from my place seems more important then birthday of your husband - you kicked him out too after your noisy voice - almost impossible to believe only because the reviews was posted not even after 15 minutes after you leave us - full of nonsense attitude and arrogant way . By the way everyone at the place watch you and they made great plausi to you so great job I hope you will never do that anymore in any other future . Before your concerns - me personal answer you at all your phone questions and when you visit my place without any appointments or any reservations was me the same in person meeting you & your husband. I was waiting for your phone call back as you mention because you have to talk to your husband previously then get back to me , hopefully you remember this part … Instead …. You arrived by your self without any phone call back and you never mention anything about your coming previously so obviously… more then welcome to have table and welcome to enjoy any glass of wine and best experiences with us but for tasting u wasn’t aloud ….and why I want aloud ??? as you saw at that moment I wasn’t available to taking care of you with the Tastings because I was busy with another customers who booked the tasting a day before , so I will repeat and mention again - the reservations are very important for us as all our customers and all over world works the same if you apply for best service and great experiences this is our way to work as respecting the professional way ! Anyway my employees served you the table and they was trying to help you with any of your desire but you still wasn’t satisfied , so I am sorry but this is not my problem. You ask about wine tasting and my employees just ask you if you have an appointment that’s all she did - and for why I am replying to you back - only because I was there front of you and watching how impolitely way you stand up and answer in very disrespectful way - being so rude and disrespectful to the people who was trying to help and never to hurt your feelings. Anyway my customers are always welcome as soon they visit my place they never leave us only because they love our wines , they spend great time and they get the best experience with us and more then that they never concern about my employees! We are very proud of our team and the service we offer, and we would love to have the opportunity to clear up any misunderstandings.
