How to start a review of a fabulous place?!? I can certainly recommend it to anyone, locals, passers-by, adventurers, young, adults, experts and it is definitely not a place suitable for everyone, but there is certainly a rare clientele who will be able to enjoy this place to the full! I am one of these people! I had the pleasure of meeting this wonderful Angolo 41, by "chance" guided by the heart because if I had let myself be guided by Google Maps I would have ended up in the classic bar, and instead this time too the heart and instinct brought me to a place with a magical environment, it all started in a wonderful little internal garden with splendid tables illuminated by many hanging lights that teleport you into an Alice in Wonderland style environment, all accompanied by a wonderful stuffed flatbread and an excellent cocktail chosen from the menu ( Rosetta), and they immediately made an impression! wanting to continue experiencing the curiosity of that moment I ordered another cocktail (Pina) accompanied by wonderful baked potatoes with provola cheese fondue on top (For those with a sweet tooth, a must try!!), don't be confused by the name of the cocktail a simple one Pina Colada is not the same! Satisfied but still extremely curious and enchanted by the beauty, the truth, and the creativity of the staff and the venue itself, I decide to move to the internal room in close contact with the counter and barman, an excellent place to sit and let yourself be carried away by the evening... There after a while I have the pleasure of complimenting the barman who is the head and owner of the place, a golden boy, but not so much to say one of those people who make you dream, who manage to shape matter transforming it into a dream I am a traveller, an artist, a dreamer, and one thing I love to do in these types of situations is to ask the barman to create, let himself be carried away by that moment, and create a cocktail for me, he accepted without worries and in a few minutes presented a marvel from a visual and gustatory point of view, an invention of the moment, something unique! And during a short cigarette break I have the pleasure of having a more in-depth chat, an owner who loves to be in any situation the same or different from his staff, counter, kitchen, hall, reception, cash register...he loves to find and give time to his customers , and not looking at them as an exclusive source of money but with human eyes, as a friend who loves to welcome and exchange! Enraptured by the decor, the staff, the service, the food, the cover, the skill of those who dedicated their soul, sweat and time, I decide to end the evening by requesting a bedtime invention; studied down to the smallest detail, it presented me with a cocktail with a raspberry powder that created a decoration in the glass and overall it was exactly what was needed to give a strong, magical goodnight! What to say? I will never be able to describe well enough how much this place has remained in my heart, how beautiful it was for me, and how precious people and places like this are! Advise? Let yourself be carried away by the staff, they have an eye, they already know what you like as soon as you walk through the door! It's nice to be discovered by someone new!! Thank you guys!
