Ho trascorso con la mia famiglia una settimana in questa bellissima struttura,già all’inizio abbiamo riscontrato molta professionalità nella reception con la signorina Vittoria e molta attenzione nei particolari sia nelle stanza che nel centro benessere. L’unica cosa negativa che ha rovinato il clima è stata la capo sala Heidi che ci ha trattato in un modo scortese e antipatico rovinando la bella atmosfera che si respirava nella struttura grazie agli altri camerieri professionali e disponibili come Sandra e Maniula.Gli vorrei dire alla capo sala che siamo fieri di essere italiani . Rooms: Pulite e confortevoli Noteworthy details: Non capisco una struttura così bella si affida a una capo sala così antipatica e scortese soprattutto con i clienti italiani !!!!!! We stayed at Anett Hotel for 1 night on our recent visit, and it was great. Below is my comprehensive review of the hotel. Good: - The superior room was comfortable and spacious. The views of the Alps from the bed was amazing! - The breakfast had a good selection of food and fruits. - There were 2 EV chargers in the parking lot which was good as we were driving one. - Staff are excellent and very helpful. Could be better: - From practicality perspective, the room lacked things like a phone to call reception, tea/coffee maker, handles to open cupboards and we had to go downstairs to request a kettle. - Would have liked to have a door for the shower as we stayed with our dog who loves water too much. - The room was on the 1st floor next to the roads. As there was no AC, leaving the door open meant we could hear a lot of road noise through the night. Overall, it was an excellent and relaxing stay. Highly recommended! Service: 5
